Damaged Merchandise Authorization

If your product has been damaged by the shipper en-route to you, please follow our return procedure carefully. Thank you.

All claims of damage due to shipment must be made within 24 hours of recieving the product. No claims will be honored after the initial 24 hours. All returns for product damaged in shipment must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Damaged Return Merchandise Authorization number (DRMA) before you send the product back to us. Any product not accompanied with an DRMA number will not be accepted as a return. Please fill out the form below with a valid email address and we will contact you regarding your return. Once authorized, we will send you your DRMA# and file the claim with UPS. If you contact UPS Directly and file the claim, Killertoys will accept no responsibility if the claim is denied.

Merchandise that is damaged due to defect of product needs to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve these issues under the manufacturer's warantee.
