What are your terms of sale?
All sales are final. No cash refunds or exchanges so please purchase with confidence. FL residents, please add 6% state sales tax. Returns for damaged merchandise must be pre-authorized by Killertoys and be accompanied by an authorization number. Click here to get your RMA#. Returns on items already shipped from our warehouse will be subject to 10% restocking fee, all applicable shipping fees to the customer and back to Killertoys. Products that have been opened or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Products that have been damaged in shipping are eligible persuant to the return policies of the shipping carrier chosen in the original order. Click here for more information. Product information on the Killertoys.com website is subject to change at any time without warning. Killertoys is a re-seller of product, not a manufacturer. We do not accept returns on product due to manufacturer defect or dislike of product after the sale. All manufacturing issue need to be directed at the manufacturer. How do you base your prices?
We base our prices strictly on replacement value at the current time. You will see prices fluctuating due to the current market levels. We will offer some items at below dealer direct cost if we are able to purchase them at such levels. There are some products that are overpriced from the manufacturers and we will have these for sale at great bargain prices.

Can I call your store to place my order?
All orders must be made through our website. For Internet orders, our website does utilize a Secure Server (SSL) along with encryption technology for processing credit card information. All orders to be paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check MUST be made on our website.

What payment methods are accepted ?
We accept payment by personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and PayPal. For International PayPal orders, we only accept payment from verified accounts. We DO NOT accept COD's. All credit card information is transmitted via SECURED communication. Credit card orders are subject to address and security code verification. The customer information MUST match the credit card billing address and zip code in order for us to process and ship any order. The security code is the last three numbers on the back of the credit card after the credit card number. We reserve the right to decline any order based on a lack of sufficient verifiable information. All money order and check orders are held for 7 days pending payment and may be canceled, if payment is not received or postmarked within 7 days of the order. Once received all check and money order payments are held for 10 business while they clear our bank. All PayPal payments must be sent within 24 hours or the order is automatically canceled. There is a direct link to PayPal on our payment page for immediate payment.

Will you ship to PO boxes, Military APO's & FPO's and International addresses (Canada, Europe, Asia, etc.)?
We ship International orders every day. Killertoys is able to offer UPS International Shipping. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses MUST be shipped via USPS Priority. Credit card orders are subject to address and security code verification. The customer information MUST match the credit card billing address and zip code in order for us to process and ship any order. The security code is the last three numbers on the back of the credit card after the credit card number. We reserve the right to decline any order based on a lack of sufficient verifiable information. All International orders must be sent insured for their full value. We understand that many countries have high import taxes, but we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All International customers are responsible for any import taxes imposed by your country. Please be sure to check into this prior to ordering. How soon will my order be shipped?
Normally, there is a 24-48 hour turn around time from the time payment is received until the time the product is shipped (Excluding products that are not currently in stock (Pre-Orders)). During holiday seasons, there is a 48-72 hour turn around time. Credit card orders made after 12 P.M. EST Monday-Friday will be considered placed the next business day (Weekend orders will be considered placed on Monday) as long as Standard/Economy shipping has been selected, all billing information can be verified, and the products ordered are in stock. If there are any questions concerning your order, we will call you provided you have given us a valid phone number. If you have an order that needs to be there quicker than the stated policy allows, please call us at 877-511-TOYS and we will try to help. We cannot promise that we will be able to speed up your order. In-stock orders paid via money order or cashier's check will ship once the payment has cleared our bank, we hold these orders for 10 business days. Orders paid by personal check will ship when payment has cleared, we hold these orders for 10 business days. In any event, you will always be notified the day your order ships and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and anticipated delivery date. Please understand that delays do happen as packages can be misrouted or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and once they are picked up, we cannot control any problems that may occur. Please check with www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com using your tracking number for status updates on your order. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 48 hours after your expected delivery date and we will review the situation.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
If your order has not left our warehouse, we can change your shipping (Ship To) address. Just notify us. If your order has allready been shipped and you need to change the address of delivery, be aware that UPS will charge you a $5.00 exception charge. This will appear as an additional $5.00 charge from Killertoys FOR EACH CHANGE. Please take the time to put the correct address for delivery in before you complete your order.

How do I purchase products that are not available yet (PRE ORDER)?
We add products almost daily to our shopping cart that are not yet released giving our customers first opportunity at the newest releases offered to the toy market. It is always best to purchase early as most presell prices will increase before the product's release due to high demand leading to higher replacement costs for us. Due to the nature of the toy market, presell prices just like current release prices, will fluctuate. Although most presell prices will go up prior to release, some do go down. Our prices are based on replacement costs and will always reflect that at the current time. You will always be locked into the price at which you made your order and not the lower or higher price if the presell price changes. Please make your choices with confidence.

Upon making a presell purchase, you are locked into that price and your order(s) will be shipped the day we receive our boxes. Orders placed with a credit card will not be charged until 2-3 days before your item is ready to ship. If at that time your credit card is declined you will be contacted via email/phone to ensure a timely shipping of your item. Preorders that are paid via Paypal, must be paid in full at the time of the order. If you are paying by money order, cashier's check or personal check, just make it out for the total due and send it to us. All orders are confirmed and held for 7 days pending payment and may be canceled if payment is not received or postmarked within 7 days of the order. Please understand that the toy companies are responsible for any delays in the release of their products and we will post changes as soon as we hear about them so please check our Killetoys News frequently for up-to-date release date changes.

How is shipping affected if I make more than one presell purchase on the same order?
At this time, when an order is made, if you order both instock and preorder items, The shipping charge that is reflected in the order will be adjusted so that instock items are shipped out right away and preorder items will ship as they are received. You will still receive our flat rate shipping but do to the volume of orders that we process and limited space in our warehouse we cannot hold instock items while we are waiting for preorder items to come in stock.

Can I purchase other items not listed on your web site?
Although impossible to stock every product, we usually are able to locate other items and sets that are not listed on our website within several days of a request. Please e-mail us from the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to let us know the product(s) you are looking for. We will send you an e-mail back with a price as soon as we are able to locate the product. Please include as much information as possible about the product(s). We will not purchase it for you until we give you the price and you have emailed your acceptance. Your order will probably be drop shipped to you from another location. Once your order has been processed, we will inform you as to when your order ships, from what state, and when you should expect it. We will mail your receipt to you. All of these orders must be shipped via UPS to a street address--no P.O. boxes on these purchases. Other than Canada, we cannot ship any International special orders.
